为更好地为您提供服务，请您在交寄快件时务必注意如下事项：
1.截件时间：特快航班件在上海总部的截件时间本周暂定为周一到周四下午6：00。随着操作能力的增强，我司将逐步延缓截件时间，届时以我司的最新通告为准。
2.货物要求：运单上的收、寄件人及物品名称、个数、重量等内容必须用英文逐项详细填写，不得遗漏及涂改。我司本周暂接收重量在25kg以下、申报价值在1万日币以下的货物，何时开始受理上述限制以外的货物及到付物品，请以我司的最新通告为准。
3.形式发票：除文件外所有货物都必须随货提供2张形式发票，形式发票上必须详细填写收、寄件人的详细信息，货物的品名、材质、申报价值及原产地等内容须如实填写。
请务必注意：该航班的形式发票内容必须是全英文的机打发票，此航班不接受手写发票或用中文、日文制作的形式发票！
4.计费重量：货物计费重量取货物的实重与材积重二者间最大重量作为计费重量。
5.严禁寄运海关禁运物品，否则将作没收货物运费不退的处理。
